Østre Toten
Totenviken church

Totenviken church isa long church built in 1896. It is relatively large, with seating for 400 people, including the gallery. The altar piece was made by Xan Krohn in 1925. The piece has two sections, a glass painting depicting Jesus blessing the little children and a fresco painting which has been named "Jesus institutes the communion".
The impressive arch above the choir gives the church a unique look. The painting on the arch is by Maria Vigeland. The wheat and grapes in the painting
symbolise the bread and wine in the Holy Communion.
