Several sports teams have tour orientation posts out in the forest for families and other who are interested. Maps can be purchased from local sports shops. The season is approx. 1 May – 1 October.

The difficulty level of the tours has 4 color levels: Green, blue, red and black, where green is for beginners and black is for the advanced. Several green walks are marked for wheelchairs.
You don't need fancy equipment
All you need to bring is food, drink and a good mood. Good trip!
