Eskedalshelleren - 160 meters - 1 km (circular track 6 km)
Parking at Teinefossbrua.

Heimdalsknuten - 429 m - 5 km
View from the sea to the mountains. Starting point at the parking lot at Heimdal.

Håstølknuten - 429 m - 4 km
From the car park at Kylland is a marked trail to the summit.

Tillarknappen - 357 m.
With views of Engesland. From Highway 406, turn off to Engesland by Stemlona.

Storemyrsknuten - 530 m - 5 km
Start your trip from Røyland Gård.

Tvitjennknatten - 365 meters - approx. 3 km
Run from Birkeland north towards Herefoss, ca. 17 km. Turn right at the sign marked Toplandsheia. Toll road - kr. 30, - for day parking.

Kolåsen - 217 m - 0.7 km
The journey starts at Hanefossdammen (Herefoss)

Birkenesparken is one of the the souths most beautiful sport facilities. Cross-country skiing in the area around and below Birkenhead Park.

Around Flakk - with trails along the river - 4.7 km
The trail begins in Birkenesparken.

Around Homslia - The area along Digeelva is wild and beautiful - 3 km (alt. route approx. 6 km)
The trail starts at Flakk loner and up towards Digelva.

Around Eikhola - approx. 5 km
Try the exiting bridge by Vrangefoss. The trail starts at the head of Flakk loner and goes past the shooting range.

Digeelva - 12-13 km (to / from)
A trip along the valley of the waterfalls. The trail starts at the head of Flakk loner and go past the shooting range.

Birkeland - Flakkfossen - 5 km (circular route)
Start your trip in Birkenesparken and follow the lighted trail down towards the riverr and Flakkebrua.

Heimdal - Tjøntveit - 8 km
The trail starts at the farm Heimdal, go along the dirt road to Trolldalen.

Fidjetun - Engesland - 9.4 km
Going along the old road Varpeveien (Kristiansandvegen). Starting at Fidjesletta, just before or after train tunnel along the highway. 406.

Vegusdal - Fidjeturn - approx. 8 km
Futevegen starts just before or after the saga at Furholt.

Engesland - Vegusdal - 6.7 km
Kirkevegen - travel along the road can be started from Engesland or Vegusdal gjestegård (Guesthouse)
