Tunglandsfjellet - hike
Tunglandsfjellet is within walking distance from Jørpeland center in Ryfylke, and offers a good view of the city, the fjord and the many islets.
The hike starts from the quay at the city of Jørpeland. Follow the river until you reach the gravel road to Selemork. After a while, turn right and follow another gravel road. When you have reached the top of the hill, follow a path that takes you up to a fantastic viewpoint on the summit of Tunglandsfjellet. In clear weather you can see the North Sea and many of the fjords, islands and mountains of Ryfylke.
