Tvinnefossen is indeed a magnificent waterfall, likely the largest waterfall in Northern Europe that both animals and humans can walk behind.

To reach Tvinnefossen, you'll drive along the Panorama Road F698 from Stryn to Hopland and park for free at Rand Skule. The hike is easy, approximately 1500 meters on flat terrain. The walk is suitable for both young and old. There's the most water in the waterfall during spring when the snow melts.
