Our pool complex includes a large indoor heated pool, an inviting area with loungers and comfortable seats, fireplace, sauna and a dedicated children’s pool. In the hotel garden you’ll find a heated outdoor therapy pool – perfect on both a warm summer’s day or beneath a starry sky in the depths of winter. All guests staying at the hotel have complimentary access to Union Bad.

Union Spa is one of Norway’s best spas, boasting extensive relaxation zones where you can lean back and enjoy the beautiful view, a refreshing cup of tea or a good book. The wet zone includes experience showers, various saunas, a footbath and a Japanese hot bath. Admission to the spa includes our spa breakfast, a simple continental breakfast featuring high-quality local products, served from 10 am to midday. Tea, coffee and fruit are also available throughout the day.

The hotel has a team of skilled therapists offering various treatments, including massage, hammam and skin care.

Union Spa offers a sauna ritual at fixed times, a special experience that involves the therapist using essential oils and creating hot steam in the room. The ritual will initiate a cleansing of body and soul, and boost the circulation. It lasts 15 minutes and is included in the price of spa admission.

Hotel Union has its own yoga instructor and offers regular sessions. The yoga room is in the tower on Level 5 of the hotel, with panoramic views of the Geirangerfjord and surrounding mountains.
