Valdres Folkemuseum during the year
You can walk around the museum grounds and explore on your own, or you can join a guided tour. During summer, pigs, hens, sheep and cattle are on free range grazing on the museum's summer farm. There is a natural path and different educational programs and events which are communicated through the museum's event calendar. In December a visit to the traditional pre-Christmas event Skarke with its Christmas market  is recommended.
