Valdres Storhall på Leira can offer a range of activities to adults and children, such as indoor climbing, activity hall, trail cycling, Disc Golf and a marked walking trail. If you don't have the equipment yourself, you can rent it cheap through BUA Valdres.

Climbing Hall
A public accessible indoor climbing wall and bouldring wall are located in Valdreshallen in Leira. There is Auto Belay available. Climbers need to provide proof of climbing proficiency (licence, e.g. “Brattkort”) or an instructor is required.
Disc Golf
Disc Golf is an activity suitable for the entire family. In 2019, an 18-hole discgolf course opened in Leira. The course is classified as A1. It’s free to use, and you can rent discs in the Valdres Storhall (regional sports hall) or they can be purchased at the sports shops in Fagernes or Leira.
Trail cycling
In connection with Valdres Storhall you’ll find a pump track as well as the starting point for cycling routes in the areas surrounding the hall. Many kilometres of additional trails are under development in this area, and will give cyclists of all ages an levels a fun cycling experience. The local cycling club, CK Valdres, is active in this process and are involved in arranging cycling events and activities in many areas of Valdres. At Valdres Storhall you can rent bicycles and sports equipment.
