Valdres Vilt

Welcome to our farm outlet in Ulnes! Directly from our farm, we sell locally produced products, from our own production as well as other small local producers in Valdres.
We have all types of prime beef cuts of moose, deer, from tenderloin to minced meat. We also make burgers, sausages and pates. In the spring we sometimes have beaver meat for sale and in autumn both grouse and capercaille.

In our storehouse we store cured sausage as well as cured moose meat and heart, all made from local game. We catch fresh fish in the fjord, and bake in our spare time.

We also sell spices, mushroom, jelly, syrup, honey, and in the high season - sour cream, cheese, butter and bakeries.

Opening hours: More or less all the time all year.
