VICAN
VICAN is a professional conference organizer located in Tromsø, Northern Norway.
We are a competence-based company, distinguishable for our wide area of competence, our large network and our operational excellence with digital edge. The costumers of VICAN describe us as professional, knowledgeable and creative.
Our main competence is to develop, plan and execute conferences, and over time we have expanded our operations to involve exhibitions and other business events.
We produce about 30 events a year and have worked with several of our costumers for many years, including, but not limited to: Innovation Norway, Akvaplan-niva, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sparebank 1 Nord-Norge, UiT – Arctic University of Norway, Troms and Finnmark County Municipality.

Arctic Frontiers conference1600 participants from around the globe. Produced since 2014.

SMAK food festival in TromsøProject management since 2014. 60 000 visitors.
