Since its opening in 2018, Bjørn Fjeldvær, acting as chef, waiter, and musician, has created an unforgettable experience for guests from around the world. In 2024, the restaurant relocated to the city center, where Bjørn’s wife, Mette, adds her personal touch with handcrafted ceramic serving dishes.

Bjørn serves dishes inspired by his upbringing on the islands of Hitra and Frøya, ranging from flavorful tapas to what many call Trondheim’s best bacalao. The restaurant is open year-round, but be sure to book your table in advance!
