Developing and producing our own proper food has always been a mainstay of our activities over the years. Home-made fare, cakes and bread are prepared in our own production kitchen.
Deep in the beautiful Balsfjord you find Vollan Gjestestue, a family business that opened its doors on July 4, 1948. Since then we have provided our guests with homemade traditional food. We produce everything from scratch: from soups to pastries and desserts.
In addition to a new-renovated cafè we also offer:
- 22 hotel rooms and 8 studios; a total of 58 beds.

- 3 conference rooms for 10-55 people.
