Walaker Hotel lies in the middle of the natural larder of inner Sogn! There are langoustines from the fjord, venison from the mountains, berries growing as far as the eye can see, farmhouse cheeses, home-made apple juice, raspberry nectar and lots of other small-scale producers.
A regular feature is the excellent 4-course, set menu dinner with wine recommendations. This is served at 19.30 in the restaurant in the main building and is an important part of the Walaker experience. Be aware that during the main sesaon (june-august) the restaurant most often will be full, so we recommend you to book dinner in advance.
For breakfast, which is also served in the restaurant, you will find home-baked bread and jam made from the produce of our own garden. These are just some of the things you can experience here. Welcome!
If you would like to host a private party for dinner, we can recommend our venue within the Gallery Walaker premises. Here, we can serve a full gala dinner for up to 36 diners.
