Harøy
Walk to Bjergane on Harøya
On the small hill Bjergane you get a lovely view towards the mountains on the mainland as well as the ocean.
The path is wide and makes for a nice family walk in all sorts of weather. Also with a trolley. But be aware when there is snow as there is no plowing.
The route starts from Harøy church, by the parking lot. The path goes left from the graveyard. Follow the signs to Bjergane, where there is a mailbox and a bench at the top where you can enjoy the view.
From here you can either go back or follow the path towards Myklebust for a longer walk. Another option is to make a hike to Lomstjørna and the mountain Harøyburet.
