Start and stopping point

Parking lot/lumber storage yard by the southeast side of Toftåsen.

Parking

Drive past the traffic roundabout at Tofte towards Sæbøvik. After approx. 40 meters, turn right just past the raised crosswalk. Continue straight towards Toftåsen, do not turn right. Follow the signs to the parking lot by the lumber storage yard.

Recommended advice

The way back and forth to the parking lot is on a forest road. As an alternative, you may take a round trip. The recommended direction is clockwise, but the route is also nice the opposite way.

Overview

Walk a few hundred meters back on the road you took to the parking lot, and turn right. Follow this road for 500 meters to the quality path up to the top. You may want to climb the Speidartårnet Tower and enjoy the view. Continue down on the path towards the east and the forest road to the parking lot.
