We meet at the given meeting point where we introduce each other and talk about the tour. After a short intro about the equipment and the itinerary we will get started. Then at a comfortable pace we will hike on the mountain (to the top or halfway viewpoint, max 4 hrs return) and enjoy breathtaking views. We have a high chance to see local wildlife, such as eagles and grouse. Depending on the physical ability and fitness of the group, weather and conditions, the tour will vary between 3 and 4 hours. We tailor the tour to suit the group and conditions.

Have comfortable hiking boots on, backpack with water bottle, snacks/sandwiches and extra layers. Bring wind-and waterproof layers too in case of weather changes on the ridge and the peak.

We meet you in the parking lot of Gimsøya bridge, Gimsøystraumen rasteplass/parking. The guide will be waiting for you at the red building. In case of doubt, contact us on WhatsUP or Polar-folk.com.
