We are proud to serve local and organic food flavored with our own herbs. The food is prepared in our own kitchen and draws inspiration from Innherad, Namdalen, and Trøndelag in general. We emphasize using organic ingredients and season the food with our own powerful herbs. Our meals vary with the seasons and available ingredients, and we emphasize the “housewife’s cuisine” and its traditions, combined with international cuisine.
