Almost like a fairytale.

Both foreign visitors and native Norwegians keep sending their best snapshots to our Facebook page, for which we are extremely grateful.

Here are five of the most spectacular images sent to us this week. The top image here is from Kjøllefjord in Finnmark, one of the largest fishing villages in the county. The image is taken by Harald Mikal Halvorsen. Thank you!

As one of the main offices of the Hanseatic League, Bergen was for several hundred years the centre of prosperous trade between Norway and the rest of Europe. Bryggen, ("The Hanseatic Wharf") is the most obvious remnant from this time. Thanks for the picture, Tore Hagen.
