Geilo-Budalen-Vestreim

From Geilojordet you can follow the track along the river, past Geilohallen and follow Rv7 in approximately 0,8 km before you cross the railway. You will then arrive at Øyo Factory. The route goes further along Gamle Havdalsveien, past cabins and beautiful scenery. Keep right in the crossing towards Budalen – here you pay turnpike fee if you have a car. Continue upwards 2 km before the road flattens out, and enjoy the scenic view towards Hallingskarvet. The road goes further along Budalsvatnet until it ends by Vestreim.

This is not a tour for young children since the start is a lot of uphill on a small road trough a cabin area. If you want to do this tour with young children or a bike trolly we advice you to drive up (toll road) to Budalsvatnet, park you car and start the perfect family tour from here.
