Herlig AS makes traditional food from Geilo

Herlig AS is a home bakery run by Gunn Kristin Øen Uthus. Herlig produces traditional dishes from Hallingdal, such as Småmat, which is an old tradition with local ingredients. Some of the baking goods has recipes more than a 100 years old. You can get Lefsekling, rømmebrød (sourcream-cookies), sour creram porridge, Christmas cookies and more. Visit Herlig for lunch, here you can get sandwishes and other dishes.
