Details

Come and visit the dogs in the dog yard, we have puppies! You will have your own dog when we go for a hike in the surrounding nature. Norway have small "støler" or huts where the farmers lived in the old days when the animals was out at grazing. We will visit on of the old farms and there we will learn you about the Norwegian way of making a fire, cook on the fire and eat together. The trip will be leaded by Hilde Karlsen from Vinternatt, Norwegian outdoor guide and Synnøve from Hovet born with the husky dogs. The arrangement will take about 4 hours. The price includes hike with a dog, food and drink. The hike will last about 1 hour and is for everyone in normal health condition. You must bring good walking shoes and clothing suited for the Norwegian mountain, the weather can change fast.  Children is not given a dog themselves during the hike but have a chain in the same dog as an adult.
