"Restaurant Christian" is Dr. Holm's new Ala Carte Restaurant and inspired by Dr. Ingebrikt Christian Holm's philosophy of life.

The story of Dr. Holms Hotel is tall and rich, with over 100 years of continuous activity since its opening on 27 November 1909, the same day as the Bergensbanen was opened. Dr. Ingebrikt Christian Holm's purpose was to establish an offer for health and health in the finest mountain world with the best surroundings and cleanest air. «Restaurant Christian» serves delicious cuisine from French cuisine in combination with local produce.
