It offers varied forest terrain with illuminated trails of 0.5, 2, 3, and 5 km until 10:30 pm every night. The cross-country ski arena includes a hilly loop that requires both diagonal and skating techniques, a controlled downhill turn track, and two hills with bumps. The facility is open for use with both classic and skating skis and also includes a biathlon range with 10 targets connected to the ski-cross course that can be used year-round. Solseter has also grill shelters available, but visitors must bring their own firewood or charcoal. 7.5 km and 20 km loops are also available, with the latter connected to the trail network on Golsfjellet. Solseter also has a small toboggan run for those who want to go sledding. It's a popular outdoor recreation spot for both locals and tourists, offering a wide range of activities for the whole family, whether you want to ski or have a barbecue with friends and family.
