Hjertøya Island
At the Fisheries Museum you can get an insight into local coastal culture, and you can buy tickets for a guided tour at Hjertøya. The museum is made as a small fishing village with houses, fishermen's shacks, cod-liver oil factory, engineering workshop and a large collection of boats. It portrays local coastal culture, working life and living conditions from around 1850. Free exhibition of the multi artist Kurt Schwitters and "Die große Merz" pillar on the Hjertøy square. Nature path through the landscape of the island.
Molde
In the middle between the attractions Romsdalseggen, Trollstigen and Atlanterhavsvegen is the fjord town of Molde, a pleasant small town with charm and atmosphere. Here you will find a unique combination of culture, nature, activity and food experiences.
