DNT Aursjøhytta mountain lodge
Aursjøhytta is open from June-Sepetmber, and also is a self-catering DNT cabin all year round.
In the cottage there is a spacious living room and well-equipped self-service kitchen. 2 double and 3 double beds, with a total of 14 beds, in addition there is sleeping loft where there are some more beds. Bed sheet / sleeping bag must be used. Electric light and heat, shower.
HikesIf you hike in the summer or winter, the Aursjøhytta is the link between Skrymtheimen, Romsdalsfjella and Tafjordfjella. In the summer, the Aursjøroad is open, running between Sunndalsøra and Eikesdal, and then you drive right up to the cabin. There are marked trails from the hut to Reinsvassbu, Lesja, Raubergshytta and Grøvudalshytta.
