DNT Storfiskhytta mountain lodge
Storfiskhytta is a part of Fjordruta (fjord location) and is situated between Blomlia og Storlivannet in Aure, north of Kristiansund.
Storfiskhytta was built the summer of 2001, and opened autumn the same year. The cabin was completed by voluntary work by Kristiansund and Nordmøre Trekking Association's members. Located in an exciting, hilly terrain, ideal for trips both summer and winter. The area is also characterised by numerous small and large lakes that might give the hiker with a fishing pole nice experiences. Storfiskhytta is well suited for use by families with children.
Easy access during summer from Klakkan, about 1,5 hours. Also marked trail from Vinjeøra.
Total amount of beds: 21 - 12 in bedroom, 6 on the loft and 3 extra in the living room. The cabin is self-serviced and open all year.
