Fishing on your own on the Atlantic Road

In 2010 two fishing bridges opened on Myrbærholmen bridge - specially made for anglers, and from these you can test you fishing skills - right from the Atlantic Road.
The bridges make it possible to fish from the road without causing a traffic risk. National Tourist Routes is behind the project, ant the design is by the architects Beate Hølmebakk and Per Tamsen (Manthey Kula ANS). Financed by a cooperation between several municipalities in the area, together with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
Remember to bring your own fishing rod and equipment, because there are no rental at the place.
