Høyt & Lavt Climbing Park Valsøya
The activity park has trails of varying degrees of difficulty in the pine forest. The easiest trails can be started already at the age of 2, so here you will find play and fun for the whole family. The toughest trails go from treetop to treetop and are suitable for adult s and adventure seekers.
About a two-hour drive from Trondheim, Kristiansund, the Atlantic Road and Molde you will find Valsøya as a revelation. Right by E39, lies the activity park with trails in the trees. Everyone is welcome to join the park, even if they are not going to climb, the children often like to have a supporter on the ground in addition to the one on the trail.
The instructors in the park always help you through a training trail before you are allowed to climb yourself, and it is double-checked that the harnesses are properly secured. It is important to us that you are safe when you climb at Valsøya. If you run into problems on the way through a trail, there is always an instructor who can help you with tips and tricks to get ahead or help you down if it is necessary.
In the kiosk, you can buy both coffee and delicious freshly baked waffles, as well as soft drinks and ice cream - along with much else. It is also allowed to use the kiosk for those who are not guests of the climbing park.
