Hotel Aak guarantees you breathtaking views and a soaring hiking trail. The hike is at an advanced level, with a touch of easy climbing in the must challanging and most exposed sections of the hike.
The duration of the hike is about 8-10 hours. The hiking trail is 10 km and gives you about 1000 metres of ascent and 1200 metres descent. The trail is mostly rocky with small and big boulders. At the last part of the trail, taking you down the mountain to Åndalsnes, you will experiene the famous Romsdal sherpa stairs. You will also ass the famous viewpoint "Rampestreken" which hovers 550 metres above the fjord and the town of Åndalsnes. Don't forget your camera this day!
