Join an unforgettable trip to Orskjæra, a remote cluster of rocky islets just off the Atlantic Road. This wild and beautiful part of the Norwegian coastline is home to a local colony of grey seals. Here, you’ll have the chance to meet these curious animals up close – either by snorkelling in crystal-clear waters, or watching them from the boat, warm and dry in your floatation suit.

Price: NOK 1,950 (same for adults and children)

Departure: 3:30 PM | Duration: approx. 2–2.5 hours

Includes: Wetsuit, mask, snorkel, gloves, socks, hood and fins

Age requirement: From 12 years (children under 16 must be accompanied in the water by an adult)

Please arrive 1 hour before departure for equipment fitting and safety briefing.

Boat tour without snorkelling

Price: Adults NOK 1,400 | Children (7–14 years) NOK 750

Departure: 3:30 PM | Duration: approx. 2–2.5 hours

Includes: Insulated floatation suit and goggles

Please arrive 30 minutes before departure.

The boat ride to Orskjæra takes about 25 minutes. Along the way, you’ll pass seabirds, lush kelp forests, and—if you’re lucky—playful seals swimming nearby. Whether in the water or watching from the boat, this is a peaceful and authentic nature experience. Keep in mind that these are wild animals, and while sightings are common, they can’t be guaranteed.

You don’t need to be super fit – just a bit adventurous. Whether you dive in or stay dry on deck, this is a memorable way to connect with nature.
