The Røbekk guesthouse

The Røbekk guesthouse is situated right by the water's edge, with views of the impressive quay that protects Veiholmen during the winter storms when the open ocean roars. All rooms have sea views, even the bathrooms! This cozy house is part of Olsens Pensjonat & Guesthouses who features four distinctive guesthouses: the Olsen guesthouse, The Røbekk guesthouse, the Molo boathouse, and the Holten house. The Røbekk guesthouse is named after the family who once lived here and has been thoughtfully restored and furnished with a blend of old coastal traditions and modern touches.

The Røbekk guesthouse offers four double bedrooms and an elegant shared bathroom on the first floor. Two of the rooms feature twin beds, while the others have 140 cm wide double beds – perfect for good friends traveling together. The rooms can be booked individually or together, meaning the house can be shared with other guests during the same period.

On the second floor, you’ll find the house’s well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and another bathroom. There’s also a small glass veranda where the morning sun pours in – a perfect spot for your first cup of coffee. The Røbekk guesthouse has been newly renovated and furnished in Scandinavian upcycled style. The owners' grandparents' old Vatne sofa harmonizes beautifully with decorative items from the 1970s, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Outside, there are sheltered outdoor areas with benches and tables, perfect for long meals and pleasant moments in the fresh sea air. The Røbekk guesthouse is just a few steps away from Restaurant Olsennaustet, where you can enjoy local flavors.
