The climbing park Høyt & Lavt Valsøya has a great location on Valsøya right by the E39. Valsøya is located approximately halfway between Trondheim and the Atlantic Road, in Heim municipality in the far south of Trøndelag.
The climbing trails are built into our pine forest. The trails go from treetop to treetop, or pine legg to pine legg. Here is something for everyone. Be it if you like demanding trails or if you have just learned to walk, so trails intended for children are best suited. The operating building for the climbing park is one of the works of the architectural firm Snøhetta. It is called Gapahuk and is supplied by the local company Rindalshytter. In Gapahuken we have a small kiosk where you can buy kiosk goods and you can also pick up the climbing equipment here. The instructors help to get on a climbing harness outside Gapahuken. We in the climbing park constantly relate to the authorities' infection control measures.
