Kinsarvik Church

The stone church in Kinsarvik was probably built around 1160. It is an example Romanesque architecture, featuring Norman arches. It is one of the oldest stone churches in the country, and used to be the main church in Hardanger. The church has been altered through the ages, but the last restorations of the 20th century tried to emphasize its Medieval character. Church Services.
