Sima powerplant, 6.5 km from the centre of Eidfjord
About the trail
Make a left and walk along the fjord until you reach Kjeaneset (a boat house). At Kjeaneset make a right and follow the trail up the very steep mountain side. Ropes and ladders on parts of the trail. Do NOT hike when the trail is wet or covered with snow or ice. Some parts are slippery, and this hike requires hiking boots and great caution. Be aware of steep cliffs. Great views along the trail and from Kjeåsen.
