Trolltunga Private Camp - Trolltunga Adventures

This is the private version of the "Trolltunga Classic" tour by Trolltunga Adventures. It is suitable for groups of four to eight people who wish to have both a guide and camp entirely to themselves. This tour is perfect for friends and familiy who wants to experience Trolltunga and the wild Norwegian Nature in a private setting. 

The Trolltunga Private Camp hike, which spans two days, starts in Skjeggedal at 10:30 AM and is a 10km hike with fantastic views over Ringedalsvatnet and Folgefonna.

This guided experience includes an overnight stay at a private camp 1200 meters above sea level – a short hike from Trolltunga. In other words, you can experience Norway's most spectacular rock formation after most hikers have returned to civilization.

Upon reaching the destination, you can "check-in" to your tent and enjoy a delicious dinner before having time to relax, enjoy the views, and create memories for a lifetime. If the weather gods are on your side, you'll also get the chance to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and make S'mores around the campfire. Those who wish can also take a refreshing evening dip at a secret swimming spot before bedtime!

The following day, you'll be served a wonderful breakfast and coffee/tea in bed, before the journey continues to Trolltunga. Here, you'll experience the atmospheric morning light before returning to civilization. The trip usually finishes between 2:00 and 3:00 PM, but this depends on weather conditions and pace.

This trip is suitable for individuals with mountain experience. Still, with the overnight stay, it is more manageable than the day trip to Trolltunga. 
It's easy to travel by public transport to Odda from Bergen, Oslo, Stavanger, and Haugesund.
