A flavourful evening - an evening of food, drink and great stories  

Smaken av Ryfylke continues this great tradition, and previous guests have been delighted with the experience. Now we're once again inviting you to an evening filled with gastronomic temptations and exciting flavours!  

The menu is composed of the best that the cool fjords can offer during the winter months - fresh ingredients, carefully selected and prepared with love. The evening starts with a glass of welcome drink, included in the price, before a culinary journey through the best flavours of the season.  

During the evening, the chef will present the dishes and share his insights into the flavours and preparation. The Restaurant Manager will also contribute with stories about the noble drops served and provide inspiration for how food and drink can lift each other to new heights.
