Join us for a 3.5 to 4-hour pizza course where we begin with some theory, move on to hands-on dough making, and finally craft our own pizzas.

There are only 10 spots available, so it’s first come, first served!

Each participant will make two pizzas: one simple Margherita and one with toppings of their choice.

This is a basic course designed to teach you how to make authentic Neapolitan pizza at home. We'll be using an oven heated to nearly 500°C, but we’ll also cover how to achieve the best possible results using a regular home oven.

The course is ideal for beginners, but even experienced home bakers will find it valuable. All steps will be explained thoroughly, and you're welcome to ask questions throughout the session.

The price is NOK 1,499 and includes:

  • Overview of flour types and how to use them

  • Kneading the perfect pizza dough

  • Dough handling and proofing techniques

  • Explanation of terms and concepts (e.g. baker’s percentage)

  • Measuring small amounts of yeast without special scales

  • Making Neapolitan pizza sauce

  • Overview of different types of mozzarella

  • Dough balling techniques

  • Hand-stretching the pizza base

  • How to slide the pizza into the oven correctly

  • Q&A session
