In the book ‘Hæ - et liv som tunghørt’, Frank Rossavik describes his life after losing most of his hearing at the age of four.  
His parents allowed him to go to regular school and Frank decided to become a journalist. Not only that, but he ended up as a commentator for Aftenposten and a much-used debater on both TV and radio.  
It's a powerful story and we meet a man who is so much more than hard of hearing. But his disability has characterised him more than he has been willing to admit to himself and others. This includes discrimination that he used to find it easy to shrug off.  
The book is sharp and thought-provoking, but this is also a humorous account of the struggle to keep up.
