The latest book, Mormors utrolige venninner (Grandmother’s Incredible Friends), concludes the popular series, which also includes Mormor danset i regnet (Grandmother Danced in the Rain) and Morfar pustet med havet (Grandfather Breathed with the Sea). Inspired by real people and events from a little-known part of Norwegian WWII history, these books have sold over 70,000 copies in Norway and remained bestsellers in Germany.

Trude Teige is an acclaimed author and journalist, known for her novels, crime fiction, and non-fiction. Her works have been translated into multiple languages and she has been nominated for the Norwegian Booksellers' Prize several times.
