Get tickets hereWith songs like ‘Dancing in the Backyard’, ‘Come Back To Me’, ‘(In That) Premature Way’, ‘She Gave Me Away’ and ‘Supergirl’, the band helped define the first musical decade of the 21st century here at home.
The band also gained a solid foothold in Europe, especially in France, Switzerland and Germany, where they had great success with the albums ‘Up For You & I’ (2004) and ‘Reasons To Hang Around’ (2006). For the latter, Minor Majority won the Norwegian Spellemann Award in the ‘best pop group’ category in 2006. Over the course of their career, Minor Majority has played more than 800 concerts across Europe. In recent years, the band has been very active on the record front, releasing three albums in less than four years: ‘Napkin Poetry’ (2019), “The Universe Would Have To Adjust” (2021) and “Kiss Off” (2022), all to great reviews both at home and abroad.
At this concert, the audience will get to experience Minor Majority as a trio, as the band consists of: Pål Angelskår, Henrik Harr Widerøe and Roar Nilsen. In this format, the audience will get closer to the band and closer to the songs as they were when they were made. Expect both old hits and new favourites!
