Espen Skarphagen, known for his blog Skarpihagen.no and Sommerhytta, will be visiting Sola Kulturhus to give you inspiration for this year's gardening season.

Espen is keen to work in harmony with nature, make smart plant choices and take care of our old and new plants. Smart plant choices include taking care of the plants we already have. Growing from cuttings and seeds, as well as sharing plants, is both economical and helps to produce strong and well-adapted plants that thrive.

Espen also emphasises biodiversity and the importance of facilitating good growing conditions. The aim is to establish an easy-care, lush and inviting outdoor space. In addition, he is also known for filling the outdoor space with oddities. In the garden, everything is allowed.
