A House of Elvis concert is probably the closest you’ll get to a real Elvis experience today.
This expanded quartet plays Elvis Presley’s music in an almost original style, focusing on the early years of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll. However, no flashy leather suits, jewel-covered karate outfits, or excessive hip-shaking—here, it’s all about the music and presence.
The band was founded as a side project by Frode “Froddi” Rønli, a devoted Elvis fan. After his passing in 2022, Ole Alexander Mæland (Stavangerkameratene) took over as lead vocalist, with the rest of the band remaining unchanged:
Alf Terje Hana – guitar (Athana, Leif & Kompisane, Wasaband)
Øystein Eldøy – double bass (Stavangerensemblet, Armar & Bein)
Per Vervik – drums (Asfalt, Sardines)
Trine Kristoffersen – backing vocals
