Ine Hoem has established herself as one of Norway’s most distinctive artists, with a voice that strikes straight to the heart. Born and raised in Grünerløkka, Oslo, she has strong roots in Fræna, Møre og Romsdal, where her father, Edvard Hoem, comes from.

Her music blends elements of modern folk-pop and jazz, weaving heartfelt storytelling into a contemporary singer-songwriter tradition. With a unique ability to connect with her audience, songs like Broren din and Vi trenger ikke hage vi have received frequent radio play. In recent years, she has toured extensively with her father, Edvard Hoem, performing Alt vi har kjært—a concert combining their lyrics and music, which earned glowing reviews in the Norwegian press.

In January 2025, Ine Hoem will release her album Minnelandet and embark on a nationwide tour. Minnelandet is a concept album where she reflects on the past, drawing stories and memories from her life. "I’ve written deeply personal lyrics, rooted in my own experiences, yet touching something universal in the listener—family ties, childhood, youth, love lost, and love that endures. All of this is woven into a musical landscape crafted together with my musicians. This is also the first album I’ve produced myself."
