Hege Bjerk is a musician, artist, songwriter, and mother of three, raised in Bryne and now living in Sandnes.

In September 2025, she is releasing the book Mum Saves the World – a personal, humorous, and inspiring story about life with young children and the pursuit of a sustainable lifestyle amidst the time crunch. As an extension of the book, she will release the album Our Lives – a soundtrack that brings the book’s story to life.

Through personal stories, practical tips, and eye-opening reflections, Hege shows how a shift in mindset can be the key to a more sustainable mum life. Even the smallest changes in daily routines can spark waves of transformation – and real change begins from within.
