SØLVI BAKKEN

After a long break from music, Sølvi is ready to take the stage again. She mainly sings country, especially in the classic style.

Her repertoire includes songs from artists like Patty Loveless, Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, and Tanya Tucker. She also has a deep appreciation for legends such as George Jones, Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, and Hank Williams.

Sølvi has written several songs herself, so original material may also be featured during her concerts. She has previously performed at numerous concerts across southern and western Norway.

She has released two albums, one featuring mostly her own compositions. Both are still played on radio and YouTube. Now, Sølvi is excited to perform live again, alongside the talented band Remember.

Remember plays music from the ‘60s and ‘70s, covering The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Eagles, Byrds, Bob Dylan, Smokie, Neil Young, and more.

Since autumn 2024, they have been collaborating with Sølvi Bakken, blending country and country rock into their performances. The band members have extensive experience performing across southern and western Norway and are known for their strong vocal delivery. A performance by Remember is always worth attending!

ARE YOU COMING BY TRAIN?

It's not a long walk from Ogna station to Ogna Scene (15 min) but with Ogna Scene's Shuttle bus service, they pick up and drop off their fantastic audience members who are going to Ogna Scene at Ogna train station completely free of charge.

They arrange it so that those who take the train from Stavanger will be picked up at 12.50 (approx.). From Egersund 13.36 (approx.).

They will also bring you to the station after the concert.

Ogna Scene wants to make it easy and comfortable for you.

NB. They only have one car... If there are many people to be driven, there may be a 5-10 minute wait.
