Double Concert with Rigmor (DK) and Mina My at Grottene

The Danish indie pop group Rigmor has found success with their album Vælter vi mørket. After performing at by:Larm and Langs Akerselva in Oslo, the band now returns to Norway and will visit us. While they may be new to most in Stavanger, the Aarhus-based group has already filled the prestigious Store Vega in Copenhagen.

Expect atmospheric indie pop with Danish lyrics, turned up in intensity for their live performances.

Mina My from Stavanger writes honest and vulnerable songs about everything from love to existential anxiety. Musically, she moves within an expanded indie pop-rock landscape, blending sensitivity with shimmering, distorted guitars, inspired by artists like Girl in Red and boygenius. Mina returns to Folken after performing at the opening of Stavanger på Skeivå and Kvarteret in Bergen in 2024. She is currently working on her debut EP, The Mall Experiment.

Mina My and her band are among the most exciting new acts from Stavanger.
