The seminar will take place at Tou Scene in Stavanger. The event will be streamed, and there will be an opportunity for digital participation. A link to the stream will be published in the event.

The seminar's theme is financial management. We will cover topics such as budgeting, VAT, artist tax, and other aspects of financial management for year-round organisers. Information about the speakers and the programme for the day will be available soon.

Lunch will be served from 11:30 AM, and the event will end at 4:15 PM.

About the project:

In 2025, Norwegian Cultural Organisers will host a series of seminars for year-round organisers. The seminars will take place in various parts of the country, with different themes. We aim to focus on year-round operations and the specific challenges and opportunities related to this. The seminars will consist of two parts: a lecture section and a workshop section. All lectures will be streamed so organisers from across the country can participate. The target audience for this seminar series includes both small and large year-round organisers from music, theatre, film, dance, performing arts, etc.
