Six Organs of Admittance - the project of visionary multi-instrumentalist Ben Chasny - has been an influential force in experimental folk, psychedelic rock and avant-garde music for over two decades. With music ranging from acoustic guitar landscapes to sonic explorations of electric textures, Chasny has continually pushed the boundaries of what folk-inspired music can be.Six Organs of Admittance creates music that is both ethereal and earthy, meditative and chaotic. Chasny invites the listener into a world of fine-grained compositions, hypnotic rhythms and heartfelt resonance.

The latest album, ‘Time is Glass’, marks a new phase for Six Organs of Admittance. Recorded at home after years on the road, the album combines raw, introspective moments with grand, expansive passages. Acoustic folk tones meet experimental synthesiser landscapes, with melodies that oscillate between the intimate and the universal.  

Over the years, Six Organs of Admittance has inspired and excited a dedicated audience and been an influential player in both the underground and indie music scene.
