"The Complete Recordings of Hezekiah Procter (1925–1930)" is an ambitious, fun, and excellent concept from Montreal-based singer-songwriter Andrew McClelland, better known as Li’l Andy. It's a double album box set and a 150-page novella about the fictional folk musician Hezekiah Procter. Authentically recorded using 1920s-era analogue equipment, the project was nominated for a Canadian Folk Music Award.
