Tove Bøygard, one of the country's most critically acclaimed artists, released her fifth solo album on 15 September. The album is titled ‘Kaldt Vatn’ (Cold Water), completing her quadrology of the elements: ‘Blåe Drag’ (2017), “Jord” (2019) and “Eld” (2021).

All her previous albums have received ovations from the music press. Aftenposten rolled a six for ‘Jord’ and noted that Tove Bøygard is ‘a formidable artist, lyricist and songwriter’. Dagsavisen signed off with: ‘Could have been Springsteen at his best and most clear-headed’. And Dagbladet described her as: ‘A good mix of Emmylou Harris, Lucinda Williams and Patti Smith’.

‘Kaldt Vatn’ was recorded with Tove's regular band. They have rightly been called the world's best band, and consist of Freddy Holm (strings, also produced the album), Jørun Bøgeberg (bass) and Eivind Kløverød (drums).

The single ‘NØKKEN’ gives a taster of the album. Dagsavisen reviewed the single and rolled the dice 5, they write among other things: ‘Tove Bøygard's smoky-grey guitar rock at the intersection of solid uniqueness and Americana takes a new step with ‘Nøkken’.

It's not a long walk from Ogna station to Ogna stage (15 min) but with Ogna Stage's Shuttle bus service, they pick up and drop off their fantastic audience members who are going to Ogna Stage at Ogna train station completely free of charge.

They arrange it so that those who take the train from Stavanger will be picked up at 18.50 (approx.). From Egersund at 19.36 (approx.).

They will also bring you to the station after the concert.
